WIMBLEDON: A YEAR IN THE MAKING

Wimbledon only lasts two weeks. But preparation takes an entire year.

Starting the moment the previous year's tournament ends, everything from the length of the grass and the hue of the flowers, to the provenance of the strawberries and the finishing of the uniforms comes under careful scrutiny.

The job was to help build excitement in people travelling to the grounds from local tube stops.

So I took them on a journey, week by week, month by month. Right up until the first ball (and strawberry) was served.
